About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support an assigned division by completing department functions
  • Provide internal customer service and maintain a high level of satisfaction
  • Work cross-functionally with regional and local leaders and home office support teams
  • Provide strategic operational support, feedback, direction, and guidance
  • Address internal customer service issues and ensure effective, long-term resolution
  • Perform department project assignments as directed by leadership
  • Support division retention efforts by completing tasks and coordinating resolution
  • Provide first-level support for division issues and coordinate required staff to resolve disputes
  • Troubleshoot customer needs using customer service and problem-resolution knowledge
  • Identify ways to improve efficiency, streamline processes, and enhance customer experience
  • Serve as the region’s single point of contact by triaging issues, researching, engaging relevant teams, and providing status updates under service-level agreements
  • Understand department functions, end-to-end process flows, and interactions with other departments within Association Accounting Services
  • Collaborate with regional Dedicated Service Coordinators and participate in regional calls
  • Keep the department manager informed during peak periods so additional resources can be engaged
  • Encourage use of CommunityPro, Outlook features, and Excel
  • Document department procedures and recommend Resource Manual updates
  • Identify recurring issues and propose continuous process improvement solutions
  • Respond to and resolve requests in a timely manner
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Previous work experience in customer relationship, property management or account management position preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to deliver world-class services and high-impact results
  • Positive, cooperative, and friendly attitude, especially under pressure
  • Ability to proactively identify issues and independently problem-solve
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Team player
  • Ability to sit for up to eight hours per day
  • Ability to operate a personal computer and basic office equipment
  • Ability to talk regularly over the phone with customers and co-workers up to eight hours per day
