About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Administer Aruba Wired and Wireless access network environments
- Handle and resolve N3-level support tickets
- Perform advanced troubleshooting to identify and resolve complex issues
- Administer Layer 2 and Layer 3 switching environments
- Administer and support WLAN environments and RF technologies
- Configure and provide support for Routing, QoS, and OSPF
- Administer authentication and access control solutions, including AAA and EAP-TLS
- Administer VPNs and their respective access controls
- Manage the environment through Aruba Mobility Conductor
- Administer and provide support for the Aruba ClearPass solution
- Prepare and maintain detailed documentation of the environment and network processes
- Support the identification of improvements and resolution of highly complex incidents
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Technology or a related field
- Advanced knowledge of networks and Aruba solutions
- Experience with Aruba Wired and Wireless
- Knowledge of Layer 2 and Layer 3 switching, WLAN, RF, and Routing
- Knowledge of EAP-TLS, QoS, OSPF, and AAA
- Experience administering VPNs
- Knowledge of Aruba Mobility Conductor and ClearPass
- Experience with advanced network troubleshooting
- Intermediate or advanced English proficiency
- Proactive, accountable, and capable of managing demands
- Strong communication skills, confidence, and ability to work effectively in a team
- Organized, with strong process documentation skills
