About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Collaborate with cross-functional Product and Technology teams to create quality software
- Break down ambiguous problems into clear technical approaches and executable work
- Champion consistent coding, testing, and delivery practices
- Produce clean, consistent, well-organized solutions aligned with the technology stack
- Regularly push changes to production
- Identify and address cross-cutting concerns early
- Own delivery outcomes, ensuring predictability, quality, and alignment with team goals
- Ensure solutions are production-ready, including monitoring, alerting, and run books where applicable
- Mentor and support Engineer 1s and Engineer 2s through pairing, reviews, and guidance
- Own major initiatives end-to-end and make daily technical decisions
- Tackle complex system-level challenges and shape solution design
Requirements
What you’ll need- Deep technical strength in Next.js/React, TypeScript, and Tailwind
- Sharp eye for accessible, customer-facing applications built end-to-end
- Working fluency in Python valued
- Solid understanding of AI and agentic capabilities
- Experience using AI-assisted tools
- Experience integrating shared platform services into live products
- Experience strengthening developer infrastructure, including CI/CD, test automation, and development environments
- Familiarity with Design Systems, component architecture, and responsive/accessible UI patterns
- Proven track record of gaining buy-in for technical solutions
- Ability to explain complex decisions clearly
- Good communication skills
- History of mentoring across multiple teams
