About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build the B4B Experience in partnership with Booking.com, covering the end-to-end journey for corporate travelers, travel arrangers, and administrators
Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering to ship features that improve customer success metrics
Scope work into small, testable slices
Independently deliver accessible, responsive UIs and C# BFF endpoints
Leverage AI agents with clear context, test-driven requirements, and rigorous output verification
Deploy, support, and instrument code in production
Monitor system health and customer outcomes
Participate in on-call duties
Lead small projects and run agile ceremonies
Make autonomous, reversible decisions
Contribute ideas that improve team operations
Work with small, self-organising project teams to own initiatives through to outcomes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven track record of shipping customer-facing production features using React/Next.js and TypeScript
Experience building APIs in C# or a similar backend language
Strong grasp of accessibility fundamentals, including semantic HTML, keyboard navigation, and ARIA
Ability to design simple, secure, and maintainable solutions
Ability to balance speed with quality
Experience using tests, metrics, and dashboards to ensure reliability
Understanding of the code shipped and sound engineering judgment when using AI agents
Participation in technical discussions and code reviews
Ability to build alignment with awareness of others' perspectives
