About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Activate and onboard new users into the system
- Leverage data-driven insights to support experimentation
- Develop strategies to improve user attraction and registration
- Increase platform registration and activation rates
- Work with cross-functional product engineering teams to create quality software

Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience as a full-stack engineer
- Frontend tools experience
- Experience working within agile development teams
- Willingness to learn and apply the technologies and frameworks in Serko's stack
- Willingness to improve legacy code
- Deep technical strength in Next.js/React, TypeScript, and Tailwind
- Ability to build accessible, customer-facing applications end-to-end
- Working fluency in Python valued
- Solid understanding of AI and agentic capabilities
- Experience using AI-assisted tools
- Experience integrating shared platform services into live products
- Experience strengthening developer infrastructure, including CI/CD, test automation, and development environments
- Familiarity with design systems, component architecture, and responsive/accessibility UI patterns
