About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide specialist support for the Job Asset Management System (JAMS)
Configure and administer JAMS workflows, security, reference data, and system settings
Deliver minor system improvements and enhancements
Troubleshoot issues to support reliable business operations
Gather and document business requirements
Coordinate testing and user acceptance activities
Manage defects and resolutions
Assist with deployments, user communications, and post-implementation reviews
Standardise and optimise business processes aligned with JAMS configurations
Reduce process variation and manual effort and improve data quality
Maintain reusable documentation, process maps, training materials, and system configuration standards
Develop operational reports and data extracts
Manage JAMS interfaces and data quality processes
Support compliance with access controls, privacy, cybersecurity, documentation, and change-management requirements
Work closely with the Senior Systems Analyst and operational stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience configuring or supporting work management, field service, or enterprise asset management systems
Hands-on JAMS experience highly desirable but not essential
Experience translating business requirements into workflows, forms, reports, and system configuration
Experience with SQL Server, querying, data validation, and troubleshooting
Ability to support testing, deployment, incident resolution, and controlled change
SSRS, Power BI, SharePoint Online, Power Apps, or Power Automate experience highly desirable
Tertiary qualification in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Commerce, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
Relevant Microsoft, SQL, Power BI, business analysis, or continuous-improvement training desirable
