About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation and strategy through execution and iteration for AI-driven products
- Design product APIs based on functional decomposition
- Partner with engineering, design, data science, and business stakeholders to re-engineer business processes using AI
- Leverage AI and automation to solve complex problems, unlock efficiencies, and create new value streams
- Navigate organizational, technical, and regulatory ambiguity and constraints
- Champion experimentation, learning, and continuous improvement
- Define and track success metrics to ensure products deliver measurable outcomes and scale effectively
- Perform all other duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of experience managing AI products
- Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Business, or related field
- Experience conceptualizing, building, and launching AI-powered or automation-centric products
- Ability to reimagine existing processes and redesign future workflows using AI
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, RPA, and GPT-based tools in building enterprise-grade products
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
- Must not require employment visa sponsorship now or in the future
- Must be located within reasonable commuting distance of ServiceLink's Moon Township office
- Must be willing and able to work in-office on a regular basis
