About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage disaster restoration mitigation claims/jobs through claims management software
  • Deliver outcomes against cost, quality, and speed resolution metrics
  • Provide world-class customer service to customers, employees, and insurance companies
  • Coordinate communication, efforts, and problem solving across organizational areas and projects
  • Serve as a single point of contact for field staff and customers
  • Provide guidance on insurance requirements and guidelines
  • Review project management written claims for quality standards, guidelines, pricing, and organizational requirements
  • Keep Account Managers informed through clear and concise communication
  • Identify efficiency initiatives and resolve issues
  • Learn and test new solutions to support continuous company success
  • Work at one of the company’s 16 locations Monday-Friday during business hours and perform on-call duties from home after hours and weekends

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent computer software skills and ability to learn
  • Ability to travel a minimum of 0-5%
  • Monday-Friday availability and on-call status
  • Superior customer service and communication skills
  • Must pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
  • 2 years disaster restoration experience is a plus
  • Account management capabilities, including organizing and prioritizing claims or issues, are a plus
  • Applicant form asks about customer service experience, restoration experience, Microsoft Office experience, and willingness to work nights/weekends
