Pool Service Technician

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform routine pool maintenance, including vacuuming, skimming, brushing walls and tiles, and emptying baskets
- Test and balance pool water chemistry, adding chemicals as needed
- Inspect pumps, filters, heaters, and automatic cleaners; perform basic repairs or recommend further service
- Clean and maintain pool decks, equipment areas, and surrounding environments
- Maintain accurate records of service visits, chemical usage, and customer interactions
- Communicate with customers regarding pool conditions, maintenance recommendations, and necessary repairs
- Follow safety protocols and company guidelines
- Respond promptly to service calls and emergencies as needed
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior experience in pool maintenance or a related field preferred but not required
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Additional technical training is a plus
