About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Partner with enterprise customers, CISOs, security architects, and identity leaders to understand security challenges, business priorities, and transformation initiatives
Translate complex security requirements into solution strategies and measurable business outcomes
Lead technical discovery, architectural discussions, executive workshops, and strategic solution engagements
Provide technical expertise across Identity Security, Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), Identity and Access Management (IAM), and security operations
Architect solutions addressing identity visibility, access intelligence, least-privilege enforcement, cyber exposure, and security risk reduction
Advise customers on identity and security challenges involving AI agents, non-human identities, and autonomous systems
Explore AI agent discovery, identity lifecycle management, permissions, governance, and access control
Collaborate with account teams, solution consulting leadership, product management, and engineering on complex enterprise opportunities
Lead technical presentations, solution demonstrations, architecture workshops, and proof-of-value engagements
Act as a technical escalation point and subject matter expert for strategic customer engagements
Contribute reusable solution architectures, technical enablement, demonstrations, and field best practices
Mentor and enable field Solutions Consultants on security and identity technologies
Bring customer and market insights to product and engineering teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

Deep experience in identity security, including IAM, IGA, and privileged access, with identity as the primary focus within enterprise cybersecurity
Solid understanding of authentication, authorization, access governance, entitlement management, and least-privilege principles
Subject matter expertise in identity security architectures for large, complex enterprises
Fluency discussing identity platforms, cloud infrastructure, APIs, and modern security architectures
Understanding of security challenges involving AI agents, machine identities, and non-human access
Proven track record selling identity security solutions to large enterprises in a presales, solution consulting, security architecture, or technical advisory role
Experience shaping and closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals
Ability to advise CISOs, CIOs, identity teams, and enterprise architecture groups
Strong presentation, storytelling, and solution demonstration skills
Experience selling, implementing, or competing against Veza, SailPoint, Saviynt, CyberArk, Okta, Microsoft Entra, or comparable platforms is an advantage
Understanding of identity security posture management, identity threat detection, cyber asset visibility, and exposure management
Familiarity with cloud-native environments, Zero Trust architectures, and modern enterprise security frameworks
Hands-on experience with APIs, integrations, scripting, or solution prototyping
