About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design and develop core Ethics & Compliance program processes
Translate compliance requirements into scalable, user-friendly workflows
Collaborate with Ethics & Compliance subject matter experts across multiple domains
Connect technical teams and business stakeholders
Lead automation and digitalization of compliance processes using ServiceNow tools, AI functionality, and other enterprise platforms
Develop and execute multi-year compliance program roadmaps
Identify and facilitate integrations between compliance processes and business operations
Connect subject matter experts with relevant teams to drive adoption and sustainable implementation
Manage end-to-end program initiatives from concept through deployment
Ensure timelines, scope, and quality standards are met
Support continuous improvement through monitoring, feedback collection, and iterative enhancements
Communicate program status, milestones, and recommendations to Ethics & Compliance leadership and cross-functional stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years of project management experience
Working foundational knowledge of Code of Ethics and Compliance topics, including conflicts of interest, gifts and hospitality, anti-corruption/FCPA, Trade Compliance, and data privacy
Proven ability to partner effectively across organizations and build consensus among diverse stakeholder groups
Experience with process design, business process optimization, or workflow automation
Ability to translate compliance and business requirements into technical solutions
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Project management proficiency and familiarity with PM tools and methodologies
Experience with ServiceNow platform configuration and administration, or other enterprise compliance/workflow tools
Familiarity with AI applications in business process automation or compliance functions
Background in compliance, ethics, legal operations, or related field
Experience implementing enterprise-wide compliance programs or initiatives
Knowledge of compliance frameworks and standards, including SOX, ISO, and industry-specific requirements
PMP or similar certification preferred
