Key responsibilities & impact

Spend 60% of time working with customers and 40% doing technical work
Work directly with customers to ensure successful data migration
Manage varied tasks with shifting priorities and tight deadlines
Communicate project status and updates to internal and external stakeholders
Find and employ methods for transferring previously unencountered data sources
Evaluate database structures and interpret them into the ServiceTitan data model
Write queries to correct, reformat, or move data
Review source-software data when customers evaluate new software
Present data cleanups to the larger data team
Coordinate between clients, data engineers, and Onboarders
Support timely delivery of transferred data for customer adoption of ServiceTitan
Receive projects and deadlines from Data Engineering or Implementation departments

Requirements

What you’ll need

Basic knowledge and experience in T-SQL
Basic knowledge of SQL Server
Basic knowledge of ETL operations
Proficiency in Excel
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Ability to identify relationships within databases and infer developers’ intent based on structure and values
Ability to work effectively within a team environment with tight deadlines and high expectations
Ability to manage shifting priorities and tight deadlines
Customer-facing technical expertise
Ability to communicate project status, requirements, delays, and completion clearly
Ability to work cross-functionally with clients, data engineers, and Onboarders
