About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the end-to-end onboarding experience for new Virtual Agent customers
  • Run tailored product demonstrations using customers’ data and workflows
  • Drive continued, high-quality usage of Virtual Agents across a book of business
  • Track adoption metrics and proactively address product usage drop-off
  • Identify underutilizing customers and lead optimization sessions
  • Manage a book of business focused on retention, ROI demonstration, and customer health
  • Develop personalized plans based on customers’ business drivers and pain points
  • Build customer trust to drive positive sentiment, referrals, and future product adoption
  • Handle first-level configuration questions
  • Troubleshoot booking failures and triage support issues through established escalation paths and templates
  • Document recurring questions and gaps for product and enablement teams
  • Translate usage patterns and friction points into actionable Product feedback
  • Partner with GTM, marketing, and implementation teams on onboarding playbooks, campaigns, and feature-adoption initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2–4 years of experience in customer success, account management, implementation, or solutions engineering
  • Experience ideally in a SaaS or technical product environment
  • Track record of owning the post-sale relationship, including activation, adoption, retention, and renewal
  • Comfort with configuration, troubleshooting, and learning how a product works under the hood
  • Strong communication skills and ability to simplify complex concepts for customers of all technical levels
  • Data-driven mindset using adoption metrics and account trends to prioritize time and identify risk
  • Self-starter able to thrive in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment with minimal hand-holding
  • Experience in the home services industry is a strong plus
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools is a plus
  • BA/BS degree preferred
