About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Respond to leads from real-time emergency lead notification services
- Work with residential and commercial customers to coordinate mitigation and reconstruction services
- Serve as an initial customer contact after fire, water, or storm-related property damage
- Guide customers through next steps and provide reassurance during stressful situations
- Arrive quickly at fire, water, or storm-related losses to consult with impacted property owners
- Prospect and build relationships with local fire departments and insurance adjusters
- Maintain daily readiness, including call-to-action planning and care kit preparation
- Meet or exceed weekly sales activity and meeting goals
- Conduct territory research to identify new opportunities
- Represent SERVPRO Team Wall professionally in customer interactions
- Complete additional responsibilities assigned by the VP of Disaster Recovery and Emergency Response
- Participate in two weekly Work-in-Progress meetings
Requirements
What you’ll need- Candidate should reside in proximity to the North Baltimore County area
- Experience in a fast-paced sales environment, emergency medical, or first responder area
- Experience in emergency services, sales, restoration, or insurance
- Ability to respond efficiently to emergency calls in the coverage area
- Ability to work after-hours opportunities and outside traditional business hours
- Ability to attend regular in-person office interaction and meetings at the Hunt Valley, MD office
- Ability to participate in two Work-in-Progress meetings each week, remotely or in person
- Self-motivated, proactive, responsible, and service-oriented
