About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver live and virtual workshops for franchise teams and HQ employees
- Facilitate hands-on, scenario-based, standards-aligned training
- Adapt delivery style to learner needs while maintaining instructional objectives and brand standards
- Maintain knowledge of operational standards, equipment, processes, and relevant best practices
- Partner with HQ and franchise SMEs to validate content and support co-facilitation
- Coach SMEs and field leaders on facilitation techniques, delivery expectations, and workshop readiness
- Ensure T3 participants deliver consistent training aligned with operational standards
- Prepare materials, equipment, and logistics for live and virtual workshops
- Coordinate scheduling, enrollment, and communication with the Field Capability Administrator
- Set up virtual and physical training environments for optimal learner experience
- Collaborate with Instructional Design, Learning Experience, Operations, and multimedia teams
- Support major learning events such as conventions and summits as a facilitator or SME
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3–5+ years in training delivery, facilitation, field operations, or capability development
- Experience delivering workshops in distributed, franchise, or field-based environments preferred
- Background in the assigned School strongly preferred
- Proficiency with virtual delivery platforms (Zoom, Teams) and LMS-supported learning environments
- Familiarity with ILT content structure and instructional intent
- High situational awareness and ability to adjust delivery based on learner needs
- Strong relationship-building skills with franchisees, SMEs, and field leaders
- Commitment to continuous improvement and learner success
- Bachelor's degree in related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant work-related experience
- Ability to travel and work across the SERVPRO network of franchise locations and HQ
- Standard working hours based on a 40-hour work week
- Additional working hours as needed to complete assignments and projects on schedule
- Travel up to 50%
