About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordinate and support talent and organizational development programs and initiatives
  • Research, develop, coordinate, and facilitate learning and development programs for employees and leaders using varied instructional methods
  • Administer learning and talent management platforms, including content, employee data, reporting, workflows, and related processes
  • Coordinate and continuously enhance the headquarters onboarding experience
  • Administer and support succession planning, talent reviews, employee assessments, 360-degree feedback, mentorship, leadership development, and other talent programs
  • Coordinate internal professional development, emerging talent, internship, mentorship, and leadership development programs
  • Design and distribute training materials, job aids, communications, and development resources
  • Monitor participation, effectiveness, and feedback; prepare reports and recommend improvements
  • Promote learning, development, and talent programs through employee communications and internal marketing
  • Support employee engagement, recognition, volunteerism, and culture-building initiatives
  • Partner with business leaders and subject matter experts to deliver learning and talent programs
  • Manage training and program logistics, including scheduling, meeting setup, materials, communications, and participant support
  • Coordinate with external vendors and partners
  • Assist with special projects and other Talent initiatives as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Education, Communications, or a related field required
  • 3-5 years of experience in organizational development, talent development, learning and development, human resources, employee engagement, or a related field
  • Experience supporting employee development, onboarding, talent management, learning programs, or organizational development initiatives
  • Experience facilitating training sessions, workshops, or employee development programs
  • Working knowledge of adult learning principles and employee development practices
  • Experience utilizing learning management systems, talent management systems, or other HR technologies
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills with the ability to work effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Demonstrated project coordination, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, ATD, or related credentials preferred
  • Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered
