About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with physicians, serving as their liaison for needs and concerns
  • Collaborate with physicians to address inquiries, resolve issues, and facilitate communication between physicians, internal departments, hospitals, and clients
  • Conduct regular physician satisfaction surveys and gather feedback to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement an effective onboarding process for new physicians
  • Coordinate training sessions and resources covering policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Act as the primary point of contact for physician inquiries and concerns
  • Proactively identify and address physician challenges with cross-functional teams
  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance physician engagement
  • Establish regular communication channels for organizational updates, changes, and opportunities
  • Use physician feedback to personalize interactions and strengthen engagement
  • Define and analyze physician satisfaction KPIs, including onboarding within seven days of credential issuance
  • Use data-driven insights to develop action plans improving the physician experience
  • Evaluate and enhance operational processes related to physician interactions and service delivery
  • Collaborate with departments to streamline workflows and reduce friction points
  • Leverage technology and operational tools to streamline scheduling and anticipate physician needs

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field
  • Telemedicine experience is preferred but not required
  • Previous experience in clinician relations, healthcare management, or a similar role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships
  • Data-driven decision-making and analytical skills
  • Excellent multi-tasking, organizational and project management abilities
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software applications
  • Ability to adapt to changing healthcare environments and industry trends
  • Authorization to work in the United States
