About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the dedicated point of contact for physicians and advanced practice providers from contract signing through their first scheduled shift
- Introduce clinicians to Sevaro's culture, expectations, communication standards, and on-shift experience
- Track onboarding progress, follow up on outstanding requirements, identify delays, and coordinate resolutions
- Train clinicians on Synapse, clinical shift workflows, and site-specific stroke and consultation processes
- Confirm understanding of workflows, escalation procedures, documentation requirements, and hospital-specific expectations
- Coordinate system access, login testing, and final readiness checks
- Develop and maintain training guides, workflow documents, and quick-reference materials
- Support credentialing and licensing applications, documentation, progress tracking, and communications
- Liaise among clinicians, credentialing, licensing, IT, operations, quality, hospital relations, hospitals, and clients
- Escalate urgent concerns and follow through to resolution
- Manage scheduling for 80+ physicians nationwide based on contracts, credentials, availability, hospital approvals, and shift volume
- Monitor missing or uncovered shifts, coordinate coverage, and make emergency scheduling changes
- Communicate schedules, changes, open shifts, and coverage needs to physicians
- Review scheduling patterns and volume to support coverage across hospital sites
- Establish and monitor KPIs for onboarding completion, scheduling readiness, physician satisfaction, and shift coverage
- Work toward completing physician onboarding within seven days after credentials and system access are issued
- Analyze data, develop action plans, improve workflows, and report progress, risks, needs, and outcomes to leadership
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous leadership or management experience, preferably within healthcare operations, physician relations, staffing, scheduling, onboarding, or a related field
- Demonstrated ability to lead processes, manage competing priorities, and hold team members and stakeholders accountable
- Experience managing complex schedules, staffing needs, or operational workflows
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive physician relationships
- Strong organizational, time-management, and project-management skills
- Sound judgment and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage conflict and resolve urgent issues
- Experience working across departments and coordinating with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to review data, identify trends, and make informed operational decisions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling, communication, or workflow management systems
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and respond to urgent scheduling needs when necessary
- Ability to adapt to changing healthcare operations, staffing needs, and organizational priorities
- Authorization to work in the United States
