About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Execute full-cycle recruitment of licensed mental health therapists (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) and nurse practitioners for 1099 contractor and W2 positions, from initial outreach through onboarding handoff
Coordinate with credentialing and onboarding teams and keep accurate records in the ATS
Execute the sourcing playbook to build strong candidate pipelines across multiple states
Serve as a subject matter expert to inform sourcing strategy decisions
Balance recruitment targets and business needs with clinical quality standards
Ensure all hires meet licensing and credentialing requirements
Identify and recommend new sourcing channels, including professional associations, social media, referral programs, and industry events
Represent the brand to candidates and contribute to clinical hiring marketing and storytelling
Track, analyze, and report pipeline health, conversion, time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and ROI by channel
Optimize conversion at each stage of the recruitment funnel
Collaborate cross-functionally to drive key KPIs and ensure a seamless candidate experience
Report to the Senior Manager of Provider Operations
Seven Starling operates a clinically validated virtual care platform for women's behavioral health, combining specialized therapy, peer support, and medication management for perinatal mood disorders

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of high-volume recruitment experience, with demonstrated experience in clinical mental health recruiting
Strong talent sourcer, comfortable with cold outreach
Data-driven recruiter with experience using recruitment analytics to drive decision-making
Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding hiring targets
Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities
Sales mentality: comfortable with targets, metrics, and performance accountability
Team player that loves the fast pace of startup environments and is passionate about our mission
Experience with Lever (nice to have)
Experience at a venture-backed startup (nice to have)
