About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Secure meetings with prospective accounts and ensure accounts are vetted and documented
  • Lead in-person sales meetings with private practices in the territory
  • Educate OBGYNs, Office Managers, and clinic staff about Seven Starling’s mission, value proposition, and referral processes
  • Activate new accounts as referral partners by leading sales conversations and setting up referral workflows and in-office collateral
  • Grow accounts through ongoing account management and relationships with practice champions
  • Support launches of new service lines and expansions
  • Introduce new offerings and identify opportunities to deepen referral relationships
  • Share market insights, risks, and opportunities with the Growth team
  • Maintain up-to-date CRM records for the territory
  • Track and manage territory performance against KPIs and identify improvement opportunities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 2+ years experience in sales or business development, preferably in healthcare
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Proficiency with CRM tools
  • Experience in healthcare, ideally with in-clinic sales
  • 1–2 years of experience at a fast-growth startup
  • Willing to travel weekly, 2–4 days a week, 3 out of 4 weeks per month, to OBGYN practices across the regional territory
  • Live near a major airport, preferably in the DMV area
  • Experience working in healthcare is strongly preferred
