About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the end-to-end product development process, from user research and scoping to execution, QA, and post-launch measurement and iteration
- Conduct deep user research with patients, clinicians, referring providers, and internal team members
- Develop clear, actionable PRDs and prototypes defining product specifications and workflows
- Lead product launches and partner with engineering, operations, and clinical leads on training, documentation, and process updates
- Own tools supporting the patient journey, including survey and communication platforms, EHR templates, and automations for scheduling, screening, and care coordination
- Use AI tools to accelerate research, documentation, prototyping, design, and team workflows
- Define and monitor success metrics, including data analysis, dashboard creation, and company-wide impact reporting
- Partner with the VP of Product and senior leaders on roadmap planning and strategic prioritization
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of product management experience, including at least 2+ years owning core product areas end-to-end
- Experience building or scaling tech-enabled services in a fast paced startup environment
- Strong preference for digital health or consumer product experience
- Comfort using AI tools as a core part of how you work, without ever compromising patient privacy, clinical accuracy, and the trust our users place in us
- Deep empathy for patients, clinicians, and care teams
- Track record of owning complex, cross-functional products from problem definition to launch
- Experience in digital health and early stage startup environments is strongly preferred
- Adept at configuring complex logic within third-party operational tools, including marketing automation, survey and form platforms, and EHRs
- Strong communication, writing, and collaboration skills
- Passion for healthcare, mental health, and/or women’s health
