About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Improve regulatory compliance across Wastewater Recycling
- Develop and maintain high-quality, compliant documentation
- Ensure standards, procedures and systems of work are robust, controlled and aligned with legislation
- Support and challenge operational teams to meet regulatory and Health & Safety standards
- Build operational understanding and capability
- Monitor performance and report on compliance
- Carry out assurance checks
- Address risk or underperformance
- Lead continuous-improvement activity to reduce operational failures
- Embed best practice and strengthen long-term compliance across the region
- Work closely with Team Managers and subject matter experts
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience of driving compliance and improving operational results
- Strong technical knowledge within Customer Operations
- Solid understanding of CDM and contractor management
- Ability to influence at all levels and challenge constructively
- Ability to shape behaviours and build a culture of compliance
- Strong communication skills, including simplifying complex regulations into practical ways of working
- Experience using data, root cause analysis and performance insight to drive continuous improvement
- Caring attitude, positivity and commitment to making a difference
