About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Monitor real-time transactions and customer behaviors flagged for fraud and abuse
Investigate transactions using internal policies and review methodologies
Analyze account patterns using internal systems and tools
Research fraud and user behavior to contribute to machine learning models, rules, and detection systems
Collaborate with analysts, operations specialists, data scientists, and engineers to improve fraud prevention mechanisms, processes, and tools
Maintain strong domain knowledge of fraud prevention techniques and technologies
Meet or exceed SLAs for timely resolution of queued cases
Handle escalations from internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in analyzing data and comfort making impactful decisions in a fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous environment
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong business judgment and communication skills
Ability to self-start and work with minimal supervision after training
Demonstrated experience working with Claude or equivalent large language model tools is required
Comfortable leveraging AI to enhance productivity, research, and communication
Ability to work full-time Monday–Friday between 9:00 am and 5:30 pm local time
