About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Investigate disputed credit card, debit card, and ACH transactions and resolve disputes within allowed timeframes
Work cross-functionally with fraud and disputes departments to determine case-by-case next steps
Investigate transactions using internal policies and review methodologies to identify patterns or trends
Analyze account patterns using internal systems and tools
Collaborate with analysts, operations specialists, data scientists, and engineering to improve loss prevention mechanisms, processes, and tools
Develop and maintain domain knowledge of fraud prevention techniques and technologies
Meet or exceed SLAs for timely resolution of queued cases and minimize potential losses
Handle escalations from internal and external stakeholders
Recommend process improvements and scaling opportunities to management

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience analyzing data and making impactful decisions in a fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous environment
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong business judgment and communication skills
Ability to self-start and work with minimal supervision after training
Demonstrated experience working with Claude or equivalent large language model tools
Comfortable leveraging AI to enhance productivity, research, and communication
Ability to work full-time Monday through Friday, 9:00 am–5:30 pm Central Time
