About the role

Requirements
What you’ll need- 3–7 years of experience for this mid-level development role
- Experience solving technical problems as part of a team
- Demonstrated experience working with Claude or equivalent large language model tools; comfortable leveraging AI to enhance productivity, research, and communication
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
- Familiarity with modern frontend development; React experience preferred
- Ability to solve problems with backend-focused languages like Go or a similar compiled statically typed language
- Intermediate understanding of relational databases like MySQL
- Knowledge of automated testing for applications, including unit, integration, and end-to-end tests
- Familiarity with RESTful API principles
- Basic knowledge of microservice architecture
- Familiarity with software engineering tools, software development methodology, and release processes
