Key responsibilities & impact

Translate projects, initiatives, and quarterly rocks into detailed technical requirements and execution plans
Partner with engineering, data, and design to build, test, and launch high-quality features
Own technical product documentation, user stories, and end-to-end release management
Use SQL and data analysis to define KPIs, validate hypotheses, and monitor product performance
Run A/B tests and experiments, driving learning loops from ideas to measurable outcomes
Align engineering, operations, and other stakeholders through clear communication and prioritization
Anticipate technical risks, edge cases, and dependencies and manage them proactively
Operate with urgency and ownership amid evolving requirements and constraints
Collaborate with data and AI teams to bring intelligence and automation into product workflows
Own delivery of complex, data-driven, and AI-powered fintech, shopping, and payments products

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or another technical discipline (required)
Deep technical understanding of APIs, integrations, architecture, and data flows
Strong SQL skills and ability to query and interpret data independently
6–10 years of product experience, ideally in fintech, e-commerce, rewards platforms, payments, or AI-enabled products
Proven record of building and shipping complex products from concept to iteration
Experience working in agile, fast-moving environments with engineering-heavy collaboration
Demonstrated experience working with Claude or equivalent large language model tools (required)
Comfort leveraging AI to enhance productivity, research, and communication
Ability to work in ambiguity and make sound decisions with incomplete information
Analytical, structured thinking and ability to translate technical complexity into actionable plans
Strong written and verbal communication
Preferred: experience with regulated credit, lending, e-commerce, marketplaces, rewards platforms, or card products
Preferred: familiarity with modern AI infrastructure, including LLMs, MCPs, or model operations
Preferred: background in two-sided marketplaces or payments orchestration
