SFEIR

Full-stack Engineer

• Analyze business needs and processes to define automation use cases and determine the allocation of tasks between agents and human reviewers
• Design and develop single-agent and multi-agent systems
• Program or configure low-code/no-code agents using Gemini Enterprise, Vertex AI Agent Builder, and AWS
• Build agent tools, including function calling, API and information-system integrations, MCP servers, and long-running asynchronous workflows
• Ensure agent reliability through error handling, retries, control loops, and budget and step limits
• Evaluate agents using scenarios, trajectory analysis, success rates, LLM-as-judge, and regression testing
• Monitor agents in production with detailed traces, per-task cost tracking, drift detection, and dashboards
• Secure agent autonomy through least-privilege permissions, protection against prompt injection, isolation of sensitive actions, human review, traceability, and GDPR/AI Act compliance
• Work across the full SDLC and deploy to Google Cloud / Vertex AI with CI/CD and cost management
• Document patterns, train client teams, and contribute to SFEIR publications and events
