About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Gather, analyze, and validate business requirements from stakeholders
- Facilitate workshops and discussions to identify solutions and improvements
- Create functional specifications, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria
- Bridge technical teams and business users throughout project delivery
- Support UAT/SIT testing activities
- Ensure solutions meet business needs and organizational objectives
- Support deployment and post-implementation activities
- Build stakeholder relationships and communicate with technical and non-technical audiences
- Contribute to ERP, EPM, reporting, cloud transformation, Power BI, finance-related, and emerging technology initiatives
- Work with experienced Business Analysts, Solution Engineers, and subject matter experts across the solution lifecycle
Requirements
What you’ll need- English CV required for the application
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Inquisitive mindset and ability to ask the right questions
- Self-driven approach with a desire to learn and develop new skills
- Confidence working with both business and technical stakeholders
- Ownership of requirements throughout the end-to-end project lifecycle
- Business level English skill
- ERP, SAP, Oracle, EPM, or finance process experience can be beneficial
- Candidates are expected to spend time on-site during their first few months, especially those with less experience as an IT Business Analyst
