About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Gather, analyze, and validate business requirements from diverse stakeholders
  • Facilitate workshops and discussions to identify solutions and improvements
  • Create functional specifications, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria
  • Bridge technical teams and business users throughout project delivery
  • Support UAT/SIT testing activities
  • Ensure solutions meet business needs and organizational objectives
  • Support the full solution lifecycle from requirements gathering through deployment and post-implementation support
  • Contribute to ERP, EPM, reporting, cloud transformation, Power BI, finance, Oracle EBS, and emerging technology initiatives
  • Build stakeholder relationships and communicate with technical and non-technical audiences

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Inquisitive mindset and ability to ask the right questions
  • Self-driven approach and desire to learn and develop new skills
  • Confidence working with business and technical stakeholders
  • Ownership of requirements throughout the end-to-end project lifecycle
  • ERP, SAP, Oracle, EPM, or finance process experience can be beneficial
  • Candidates are expected to spend time on-site during their first few months, especially less-experienced IT Business Analysts
  • Ability to work in Spain
