About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage all aspects of the allocated Auditor team
- Ensure delivery of audits in keeping with Auditor global targets
- Ensure service quality meets business requirements, accreditation requirements, growth expectations, and profitability levels
- Deal with staffing issues to maintain customer service levels
- Provide certification functions, including proposal and audit pack approvals and certificate decisions based on personal technical expertise
- Support product management of relevant standards and schemes through technical expertise and process, commercial, and client support
- Plan and conduct professional management system audits in accordance with SGS procedures
- Deliver assessment and certification services meeting customer requirements and appropriate accreditation standards
Requirements
What you’ll need- Registered IRCA lead auditor, or equivalent registration under other recognised body
- GCSE Mathematics & English Language, or equivalent
- Full Driving Licence for use in the UK
- First degree, or equivalent - i.e. BA/BSc, HNC, NVQ 5, etc. (desirable)
