Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver Sharp Performance's rollout system onsite at customer departments
Lead rollout sessions and manage setup and breakdown
Represent Sharp Performance as the face of the company onsite
Build trust with command staff and frontline personnel
Communicate with department leadership and staff
Complete post-rollout documentation and handoffs to the Customer Success Manager
Capture rollout outcomes, successes, and follow-up needs
Provide field observations and feedback to product, coaching, and leadership teams

What you’ll need

Ability to travel approximately three rollout weeks per month
Ability to fly to customer departments, execute rollouts, and travel independently
Ability to travel no more than 16 consecutive days before a mandatory home week
Availability for a maximum of 11 travel weeks per quarter
30 days' notice for non-deployment blocks longer than five business days
Ability to lead sessions and manage setup and breakdown onsite
Ability to engage department leadership, command staff, frontline personnel, and staff confidently
Ability to communicate clearly and honestly under pressure
Ability to read the room and adjust while maintaining standards
Ability to complete post-rollout documentation and handoffs
Ability to work independently and make decisions without perfect clarity
Comfort speaking to a room that does not engage
