About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead process improvement and continuous improvement initiatives plant-wide
  • Troubleshoot manufacturing, quality, and process-related issues using root cause analysis
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce downtime, and increase reliability
  • Support automation, robotics, CNC programming, and equipment upgrade projects
  • Manage capital and expense projects from concept through implementation
  • Partner with Operations, Maintenance, R&D, and Corporate Engineering to evaluate new technologies and process enhancements
  • Analyze production and financial data to drive performance improvements and cost savings
  • Develop work instructions, training materials, and standardized processes
  • Present results and recommendations to plant and corporate leadership

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and project management skills
  • Experience in manufacturing, process engineering, automation, or continuous improvement
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and data analysis skills
  • Preferred: Experience with industrial automation, robotics, CNC programming, PLCs, or manufacturing controls
  • Preferred: Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
  • Preferred: Experience in a continuous manufacturing environment
