About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Learn and grow skills and capabilities for future advancement within the organization
- Creel yarn cones onto holders to feed yarn into carpet manufacturing machines
- Run carpet tufting machines and ensure high-quality production and a safe work environment
- Run machines that convert pellets or chips into usable fibers or strands
- Operate and troubleshoot machines that sort and separate carpet scrap for recycling
- Learn to operate forklifts, lift trucks, and other material-handling vehicles
- Support shipping, receiving, manufacturing, and distribution activities
Requirements
What you’ll need- No prior manufacturing experience is necessary
- Training is provided for all entry-level roles
- Ability to bend, stoop, reach, pull, and push repetitively
- May need to climb ladders and stairs depending on the position
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 15lbs
