About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Craft and execute Lean In’s advertising strategy, primarily driving individual women into Lean In Connect and Circles
  • Own the advertising budget and channel mix
  • Model CPA and activation assumptions and make deliberate spending trade-offs
  • Own ad design and copy, landing pages, and signup flows
  • Design experimentation plans, including tests, rationale, and scaling or pausing criteria
  • Track and analyze performance against traffic, conversion rate, and CPA KPIs
  • Capture and communicate learnings to stakeholders regularly
  • Own acquisition and retention across channels
  • Craft and execute multi-channel marketing strategy, focusing on social and email
  • Build marketing campaigns for Company Programs, Lean In Girls, Circles, and Networks
  • Own campaigns and always-on marketing efforts end to end
  • Identify target personas and define audiences for broad, diverse, global audiences
  • Build and run go-to-market plans from concept through launch and post-launch optimization
  • Own marketing levers and deliver against initiative KPIs
  • Own positioning and messaging for launches including Lean In Connect, Women in the Workplace, and the Career Coach Chatbot
  • Partner with Communications on press moments
  • Report to the Head of Product and partner with Programs and Content leads

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5–7+ years in growth, performance, or acquisition marketing, with strength in both B2C and B2B
  • Track record of data-driven marketing and strong analytical skills
  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion optimization
  • Ability to independently drive experimentation from hypothesis to results
  • Experience owning a media budget and deciding channel mix
  • Evidence of improving marketing efficiency rather than only increasing spend
  • Experience building and running a go-to-market plan end to end, through public launch to measurable adoption
  • Habit of testing new acquisition channels before there is a playbook
  • Awareness of how GEO and AI search are changing discovery
  • Strong creative instincts, including writing copy and directing design
  • Strong cross-functional partnership with Content, Product, and Communications
  • Proactive communication and stakeholder alignment
  • Demonstrated ability to drive intersectional, inclusive marketing outcomes
  • Strong commitment to equity and inclusion
  • Passion for the missions of Lean In, Option B, and the Dave Goldberg Scholarship Program
