About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Translate executive priorities into structured plans, operating rhythms, and clear execution ownership
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and align stakeholders on goals, timelines, dependencies, and decision points
- Prepare leadership updates, business review materials, and executive-level communications
- Establish and manage operating cadences, leadership meetings, follow-ups, action tracking, and accountability mechanisms
- Analyze business performance, operational data, and stakeholder input to identify trends, risks, gaps, and opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with operational policies, procedures, and standards
- Identify and mitigate operational risks through risk management strategies and contingency planning
- Report operational performance and strategic initiatives to senior leadership
- Drive innovation in operational practices using technology and best practices
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field, or relevant work experience required
- 7-10 years of experience in Business, Information Technology, or a relevant functional area
- 4+ years of experience in a management position required
- Ability to travel to SHI, Partner, and Customer Events
- Ability to travel 25%
- Expert comprehension of a company’s market positioning, competitive dynamics, and operational processes
- Expert ability to oversee and direct projects to completion
- Expert ability to identify and mitigate risks
- Expert proficiency in building and maintaining stakeholder relationships
- Expert strategic planning and implementation skills
- Expert team guidance and mentorship skills
