About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the day-to-day operations of the VMware Cloud Foundation services practice
Define and evolve technical and delivery standards for Broadcom VCF services, including VCF 9.x, vSAN, SDDC Manager, and vSphere
Manage, mentor, and develop Solutions Architects, Consultants, and Engineers
Own practice capability development across Broadcom VCF services
Partner with sales and solution architecture teams on offerings, presales, and delivery readiness
Monitor delivery performance, utilization, and quality metrics
Create and maintain reusable architectures, delivery frameworks, templates, and accelerators
Serve as escalation point for complex client challenges
Build relationships with key clients and stakeholders as a trusted advisor
Lead, scale, and mature SHI's Broadcom VMware Cloud Foundation services practice
Drive technical direction, delivery excellence, and people leadership across infrastructure modernization and hybrid cloud services

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in a related technical field or equivalent professional experience
5+ years of experience delivering VMware by Broadcom solutions in a consulting or enterprise environment
3+ years of experience leading or managing technical delivery teams
Expert understanding of Broadcom services engagements and delivery methodologies
Thorough knowledge of Broadcom's VMware Services Entitlement Program
Expert ability to lead and scale consultative delivery teams
Expert relationship management skills with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders
Expert ability to oversee complex, multi-workstream delivery engagements
Strong understanding of organizational operations, market positioning, competitive dynamics, and business processes
Ability to design and implement long-term workforce and organizational initiatives
Proven ability to direct projects through completion and ensure effective resource utilization and stakeholder satisfaction
Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional leadership team
Willingness to travel to client sites as needed; ability to travel up to 20%
Experience designing and delivering solutions with strong data governance and security controls
Strong understanding of Broadcom's vision for VMware Cloud Foundation
Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Commitment to continuous learning and technical leadership
Preferred: experience building or leading a Broadcom VCF consulting practice
Preferred: experience supporting commercial and corporate clients
Preferred: experience with Broadcom's VMware Cloud Foundation suite
Preferred: Broadcom certifications in VMware-related disciplines
