About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead development of Statements of Work aligned with client needs and business objectives
- Drive professional services revenue growth by identifying opportunities and optimizing service offerings
- Collaborate with SHI stakeholder partner teams to create synergistic service solutions
- Engage sales teams, frontline sellers, and customer success managers to unify service delivery and client engagement
- Contribute to practice development, innovation initiatives, and practice standards
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners
- Provide Service Delivery thought leadership and guidance on technology best practices, trends, and innovations
- Analyze business processes and recommend improvements based on industry trends and business knowledge
- Oversee evaluation and selection of hardware, software, and product standards
- Provide technology and architecture recommendations
- Stay current with technologies and frameworks, retire legacy solutions, and recommend new partners or solution components
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience
- 7+ years of experience in solutions architecture or software engineering
- 7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure
- Willingness to travel occasionally
- Expert proficiency overseeing and directing projects to completion
- Expert ability to identify, document, and manage technical project needs and specifications
- Expert ability to define, design, build, and maintain robust systems and solutions
- Expert ability to write, debug, and maintain code in scripting and programming languages
- Expert knowledge of infrastructure components including firewalls, load balancers, hypervisors, storage, monitoring, and security
- Expert ability to develop detailed Statements of Work and drive revenue growth through professional services engagements
- Extensive experience with large-scale IT projects involving design, deployment, and configuration
