Provide strategic direction for the global technology function, aligning initiatives with organizational objectives and long-term strategy
Oversee the architecture, development, and implementation of technology infrastructure, platforms, and applications
Ensure enterprise-wide data security, system integrity, and resilience of technology environments
Manage technology budgets, resource allocation, and external vendor and partner relationships

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience required
Extensive experience in information technology, including significant leadership experience
Proven track record of managing global teams and enterprise-scale technology functions
Advanced expertise in IT operations, systems management, and enterprise technology environments
Strong understanding of global business operations, market dynamics, and competitive positioning
Deep knowledge of cloud platforms, digital technologies, and modern architecture frameworks
Advanced proficiency in cybersecurity principles and risk management
Proven capability in strategic planning and execution of large-scale initiatives
Expertise in performance management and team leadership across diverse, global teams
Ability to travel internationally as required
