About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the full Order-to-Cash Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementation from requirements gathering and process design through configuration, UAT, data migration, cutover, go-live, and hypercare
  • Lead cross-functional workshops and define current-state and future-state Finance workflows
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications for Order Management, Pricing, Revenue Management/Revenue Recognition, Receivables, and Collections Cloud
  • Oversee financial master data migration, including customer records, open balances, and historical transaction data
  • Manage the ERP implementation partner and vendors against scope, quality, and delivery timelines
  • Report on milestones and risks and manage cross-functional interdependencies
  • Execute change management and training plans and build an OTC super-user and process-champion network
  • Drive post-implementation hypercare, enhancement prioritization, quarterly update readiness, and handoff to internal teams
  • Evaluate Oracle quarterly releases, coordinate regression testing, and lead adoption of new capabilities
  • Partner with Internal Audit and IT Security on SOX, segregation-of-duties, audit, and regulatory compliance
  • Own Order-to-Cash processes and systems, Oracle Fusion Cloud architecture, integration health, and technology roadmap
  • Perform gap assessments, develop investment proposals, and create multi-year capability roadmaps
  • Identify and implement Finance process automation and standardization
  • Define business processes, data maps, requirements, system designs, data flows, workflows, and logical processes
  • Configure and manage Oracle Fusion Cloud applications and analyze extracted data
  • Provide first-level application, system, and reporting support; train end users and technical support staff
  • Troubleshoot and resolve systems problems with minimal supervision
  • Collaborate with Accounting groups including O2C, R2R, and P2P
  • Work with third-party vendors to resolve system and process issues
  • Support master and transactional data development using OTBI and BI Publisher
  • Partner with Project Management and leadership to deliver Finance capabilities
  • Support business applications across Order-to-Cash processes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 8+ years of experience with large ERP systems
  • 3–5 years of experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud applications
  • Exposure to Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) and BI Publisher for report development
  • Hands-on experience with Fusion Receivables, Collections, or Order Management modules
  • 10+ years of experience working with financial applications
  • Full lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementation experience leading Order-to-Cash business processes
  • Proven track record of managing projects within budget and timeline
  • Experience across multiple Finance functional areas
  • Experience with sensitive data, SOX controls, and change management processes
  • Familiarity with a DCAA/FAR-DFARS-compliant or CMMC-aligned control environment is a plus
  • Ability to own and maintain user access controls
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to manage ambiguity in a rapidly changing business environment
  • Ability to prioritize and manage projects with minimal supervision
  • Ability to develop business cases and cost/benefit analyses
  • Ability to oversee security policies and procedures, Oracle Fusion Cloud role-based security, and segregation-of-duties controls
  • Ability to drive projects to completion, testing, and acceptance
  • Relevant experience with ERP boundary systems, Concur, Avalara, Coupa, Floqast, and other financial systems preferred
  • Oracle Cloud ecosystem experience, such as Oracle Integration Cloud, is a plus
  • Ability to provide on-call and after-hours support for key projects
