Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the end-to-end Procure to Pay implementation in Oracle Fusion Cloud, from requirements gathering through go-live and hypercare
  • Lead cross-functional workshops to document current-state Finance processes and define future-state workflows
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications for configuration and integration
  • Oversee migration and validation of financial master data, open balances, and historical transactions
  • Manage the implementation partner and vendors against scope, quality, and delivery timelines
  • Report on project milestones and risks and manage cross-functional interdependencies
  • Execute change management and training plans; build a network of PTP super users and process champions
  • Drive post-implementation hypercare, enhancements, quarterly update readiness, and handoff to internal teams
  • Evaluate Oracle quarterly releases, coordinate regression testing, and lead adoption of new capabilities
  • Partner with Internal Audit and IT Security on SOX, segregation-of-duties, audit, and regulatory compliance
  • Own Procure to Pay processes and systems, Oracle Fusion Cloud architecture, integration health, and technology roadmap
  • Perform gap assessments, formulate investment proposals, and develop multi-year capability roadmaps
  • Identify and implement Finance process automation and standardization opportunities
  • Define business processes, data maps, requirements, system designs, data flows, and workflows
  • Configure and manage Oracle Fusion Cloud applications and perform data extraction and analysis
  • Provide first-level support for application, system, and reporting issues
  • Train end users and technical support staff on Oracle Fusion Cloud and related applications
  • Troubleshoot and resolve systems problems with minimal supervision
  • Collaborate with Accounting groups, Project Management, Finance leadership, IT, and third-party vendors
  • Support master and transactional data development using OTBI and BI Publisher
  • Provide on-call and after-hours support for critical project deadlines

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 8+ years of experience with large ERP systems
  • 3–5 years of experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud applications
  • Exposure to Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) and BI Publisher for report development
  • Hands-on experience with Fusion Purchasing, Accounts Payable, Expenses, Cash Management, and Supplier Management modules
  • 10+ years of experience working with financial applications
  • Full lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementation experience leading the Procure to Pay business process
  • Proven track record of managing projects within budget and timeline
  • Experience across multiple Finance functional areas
  • Experience with sensitive data, SOX controls, and change management processes
  • Ability to own and maintain user access controls for audits and process changes
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage ambiguity, prioritize, and manage projects with minimal supervision
  • Ability to develop business cases and cost/benefit analyses
  • Ability to oversee security policies and procedures, Oracle Fusion Cloud role-based security, and segregation-of-duties controls
  • Ability to drive projects through completion, testing, and acceptance
  • Experience with ERP boundary systems, Concur, Avalara, Coupa, Floqast, and other financial systems preferred
  • Oracle Cloud ecosystem experience, such as Oracle Integration Cloud, is a plus
  • Ability to provide on-call and after-hours support for key projects
  • PMP certification is a plus
  • Familiarity with a DCAA/FAR-DFARS-compliant or CMMC-aligned control environment is a plus
