Key responsibilities & impact

Drive top-of-funnel growth for the prediction markets and crypto exchange infrastructure business
Serve as Shift’s prediction markets industry connector in New York
Build relationships, identify market opportunities, and strengthen Shift’s presence in the prediction markets ecosystem
Attend NYC prediction market, crypto, fintech, and trading events
Stay connected to industry developments and communities
Own prediction market insights, commentary, and content across X, Reddit, and LinkedIn
Own event-driven content in collaboration with the Content & Social Media Marketer
Ensure content reflects current industry conversations, trends, and market developments
Build and operate AI-enabled workflows for market intelligence, competitor monitoring, industry research, content ideation, and prospect discovery
Run email nurture campaigns through Klaviyo
Source and qualify inbound and outbound leads with the sales team
Surface signals from competitor moves, regulatory news, and KOL activity and translate them into actionable briefs
Represent Shift at industry meetups, conferences, side events, and dinners
Bring actionable market intelligence back to the team

Requirements

What you’ll need

0 to 3+ years of meaningful involvement in prediction markets, crypto, trading, growth, content, business development, or related communities
Default fluency with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Midjourney, n8n, Zapier, or equivalents
At least one thing built or shipped using AI tools
Public writing voice with examples from X, Substack, Reddit, a blog, GitHub, or another public platform
Active engagement in prediction markets, crypto, or trading through networks, events, public writing, social commentary, research, community participation, or personal projects
Deep curiosity about prediction markets, crypto, and trading infrastructure
Ability to explain what a prediction market is and why it matters in two sentences
Comfortable attending NYC events
Based in NYC or the surrounding area
Familiarity with Klaviyo, Apollo, or similar GTM tooling is a bonus
Crypto-native experience and relevant public projects, networks, or work are bonus qualifications
