About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own the product vision and strategy for Carrier Capabilities
Translate business goals into a prioritized carrier capabilities roadmap
Define standardized carrier capabilities and internal representations
Own product decisions for carrier API abstractions, configuration models, error standards, and quality requirements
Review and prioritize new carrier features and API changes
Lead cross-functional delivery for new carrier integrations, major upgrades, and deprecations
Support incident response and post-mortems
Measure carrier integration quality, reliability, upgrade cadence, and operational cost
Build visibility into carrier health, coverage gaps, and capability maturity
Use data, customer feedback, and operational insights to refine priorities
Partner with Carrier Partnerships, Carrier Operations, Solutions Architecture, and GTM teams
Serve as primary product counterpart for senior stakeholders on carrier-related initiatives
Influence multiple product and engineering teams to drive alignment

Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years of Product Management experience
Significant experience owning technical platforms or APIs
Strong understanding of distributed systems, APIs, and integration patterns
Proven ability to lead complex, cross-team initiatives with high ambiguity and high impact
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to influence senior technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience with parcel carrier integrations or logistics platforms (bonus)
Background in software engineering or other deeply technical roles (bonus)
Experience scaling internal platforms used by multiple product teams (bonus)
