About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design and own Salesforce architecture across the full commercial lifecycle: acquisition, retention, and expansion
Architect scalable solutions for partner management, forecasting, territory mapping and allocation, pipeline reporting, and lead management
Make build-vs-configure and declarative-vs-code decisions, prioritizing maintainable and flexible designs
Own the system design and integration of Salesforce-adjacent tools including Gong, Stripe, Ironclad, NetSuite, Snowflake, and Clay
Lead data migration and platform integration work while ensuring data integrity across systems
Work directly with RevOps and business partners to align architecture with requirements, objectives, and processes
Establish controls, documentation, and governance for an auditable, durable system
Bring clarity and creative solutions to ambiguous, undefined problems
Report into Revenue Operations as a senior individual contributor

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years architecting and administering Salesforce in high-growth, fast-moving GTM environments
Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification
Deep first-hand command of Salesforce architecture, capabilities, constraints, and scalability limitations
End-to-end implementation and maintenance of QTC / CPQ solutions
Experience leading data migrations and integrating Salesforce with financial and commercial systems such as Stripe
Fluency in modern automation and AI-assisted workflows
Working SQL skills and comfort operating against a data warehouse
Track record of scaling Salesforce implementations
Platform App Builder, Platform Developer, or Architect-track certifications are a strong plus
Must complete employment authorization verification through E-Verify upon hire
