About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, implement, optimize, and support Microsoft 365 technologies including Microsoft 365, OneDrive, Intune, Autopilot, SharePoint, Teams, and Entra ID
Manage and continuously improve the hybrid Active Directory and identity environment, including synchronization between on-premises AD and Entra ID
Implement and support modern authentication solutions including Windows Hello for Business and passkeys
Establish standards, governance, and best practices that improve security, reliability, and user experience
Identify opportunities to automate repetitive work using PowerShell and other automation tools
Own technical projects from planning and design through implementation and support
Balance multiple projects, priorities, and requests
Troubleshoot complex issues across cloud, identity, endpoint, and infrastructure environments
Partner with IT, Security, and business teams to translate needs into practical technical solutions
Provide light administration and support of AWS workloads
Partner on backup, disaster recovery, business continuity, security hardening, and compliance initiatives
Help ensure identity, access, endpoint, and cloud environments meet organizational security standards
Act as an internal AI champion and explore Generative AI use cases for IT operations, security, infrastructure, and business processes
Promote responsible AI practices and recommend emerging technologies that create business value

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of hands-on Microsoft 365 administration and/or engineering experience
Strong technical knowledge of Intune, Autopilot, Entra ID, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Active Directory
Demonstrated experience supporting hybrid identity and infrastructure environments
Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills
Experience with Windows Hello for Business, passkeys, and modern authentication approaches
Working knowledge of AWS and hybrid cloud environments
Experience with backup, disaster recovery, security hardening, and cloud migration initiatives
Experience using AI tools and technologies in a professional environment
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
