Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage law firms within the systemic model, monitoring performance, technical quality, and compliance with guidelines.
  • Act strategically in credit recovery during the judicial phase, supporting decisions with systemic and business-results impact.
  • Define and implement the judicial recovery strategy, supporting cooperatives in setting directions and priorities.
  • Lead the contracting and management of suppliers and solutions focused on judicial credit recovery.
  • Support the advancement of corporate systems by contributing to the definition of business rules and improvements related to judicial recovery.
  • Develop and maintain the judicial collections strategy, focusing on results, risk mitigation, and systemic standardization.
  • Serve as the connecting point among Legal, Credit, Operations, and Technology, ensuring clear processes aligned with systems.
  • Produce technical analyses and guidance for cooperatives and internal teams, promoting standardization, security, and efficiency.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Law.
  • Solid experience in credit recovery exclusively during the judicial phase, preferably with financial institutions and credit unions.
  • Practical experience in judicial and extrajudicial enforcement of collateral.
  • Analytical profile, business acumen, technical accountability, and ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Knowledge of corporate judicial reorganization.
  • Experience with data analysis applied to judicial portfolio management.
  • Previous experience managing law firms and suppliers.
  • Interest in working with strategy, systemic impact, and continuous improvement in a cooperative and ethical environment.
