About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Update, enhance, and monitor the performance of Credit and Business Solutions initiatives
- Develop and maintain metrics, KPIs, dashboards, and reports related to Credit and Business Solutions
- Understand and propose analytical strategies for use by cooperatives and CAS product teams
- Provide analytical support to Credit and Business Solutions business teams and cooperatives through descriptive analyses and projections
- Automate departmental processes and routines
- Produce studies and develop new proposals related to Credit and Business Solutions, understanding member profiles, products, and relevant market indicators
- Collaborate with various product teams, supporting analyses and the development of new data and information perspectives
- Support cooperatives and provide advisory services on the analytical topics and products developed
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in a quantitative field, such as Statistics, Mathematics, Accounting and Actuarial Science, Engineering, Economics, or related areas
- Experience with programming languages such as SAS, SQL, R, Python, and VBA
- Experience developing reports and dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SAS Visual Analytics, or Excel
- Experience in data analysis, KPI monitoring, and the development of ad hoc studies
- Intermediate English proficiency
- Knowledge of financial markets, credit, Open Finance, and financial products
