About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Work with the System’s Central Offices and Cooperatives to promote the acquisition of investment and pension products
  • Take ownership of relationships and daily responsibilities
  • Map workflows and identify interdependencies to support product teams
  • Collaborate across different teams and build relationships with professionals from diverse areas and backgrounds
  • Extract structured data to support business analyses
  • Monitor fundraising and liquidity indicators for the System’s cooperatives
  • Create scenarios and provide technical guidance to optimize fundraising planning and reduce maturity and interest-rate mismatches
  • Monitor the implementation of planned initiatives
  • Map markets and identify opportunities to advance investment and pension products

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Accounting, or Economics
  • Postgraduate qualification in a related field is desirable
  • C-PRO I Investment Certification
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong ability to process and interpret data
  • Programming skills in SQL, SAS, or Python are desirable
  • Experience in financial institutions or in financial analysis, controllership, and/or planning
