About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Work in the Investment and Retirement Planning Business area, promoting the acquisition of investment and retirement planning products among the Central Offices and Cooperatives of the Sicredi System
  • Take a proactive, leading role in daily relationships and tasks
  • Map workflows and identify interdependencies to support product teams
  • Collaborate across different teams and engage with professionals from diverse areas and backgrounds
  • Extract structured data to support business analyses
  • Monitor the cooperatives’ investment inflows and liquidity indicators
  • Develop scenarios and provide technical guidance to optimize investment inflow planning and reduce maturity and interest-rate mismatches
  • Monitor the implementation of planned initiatives
  • Map markets and identify opportunities to expand investment and retirement planning products

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Accounting, or Economics; postgraduate studies in a related field are desirable
  • C-PRO I Investment Certification
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to process and interpret data; programming skills in SQL, SAS, or Python are desirable
  • Experience in financial institutions or in financial analysis, controllership, and/or planning
