About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the planning, organization, and execution of institutional visits to CAS.
- Coordinate the operational and logistical arrangements for visits with internal teams, cooperatives, central organizations, and other visiting audiences.
- Develop, update, and monitor visit itineraries according to each group’s profile and objectives.
- Welcome visitors and support group facilitation throughout the entire experience.
- Ensure a welcoming, organized experience aligned with the principles and values of the cooperative movement.
- Provide on-site support during visits, acting as the point of contact for questions, guidance, and group needs.
- Support relationships with spokespersons and the teams participating in the itineraries.
- Contribute to the management of schedules, space reservations, and other resources required for visits.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Preferred education: Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Tourism, Communications, Events, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in public-facing roles, events, customer relations, or administrative activities.
- Experience organizing and coordinating schedules, visits, events, or relationship-building initiatives is a plus.
- Ability to develop presentations, itineraries, and supporting materials.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple demands simultaneously.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build relationships with diverse audiences and across different organizational levels.
- Interest in cooperativism, education, organizational culture, and visitor experience.
