About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the planning, organization, and execution of institutional visits to CAS
- Coordinate the operational and logistical details of visits with internal departments, cooperatives, central offices, and other visiting audiences
- Prepare, update, and monitor tour itineraries according to each group’s profile and objectives
- Welcome visitors and support group facilitation throughout the entire experience
- Ensure a welcoming, organized experience aligned with the principles and values of cooperativism
- Provide on-site support during visits, serving as the point of contact for questions, guidance, and group needs
- Support relationships with spokespersons and departments participating in the itineraries
- Contribute to the management of schedules, space reservations, and other resources required for visits
Requirements
What you’ll need- Preferred education: Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Tourism, Communications, Events, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in customer service, events, client relations, or administrative activities
- Experience organizing and monitoring schedules, visits, events, or relationship-building initiatives is a plus
- Ability to develop presentations, tour itineraries, and supporting materials
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple demands simultaneously
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build relationships with diverse audiences and stakeholders at different organizational levels
- Interest in cooperativism, education, organizational culture, and visitor experience
